Job Description: Behavioral Services of Tennessee (BSTN) strives to improve the quality of life of our consumers and their families through leadership in human services. BSTN is seeking 2 master level behavior analysts for Memphis/ Jackson area to function as members of our community-based consultation team. The behavior analyst will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment planning and services to individuals diagnosed with autism, mental retardation and mental illness. The successful candidate must have demonstrated competency in areas of performing behavioral services including functional analysis, structural analysis, and development of support in the community. Applicant must have experience in organizational behavior management. Applicant must have graduated from an accredited college or university with course work in behavior analysis. A doctor or master degree in behavior analysis is strongly preferred. Salary: $ 60,000-$70,000 a year
