Job Description: The Habilitation Corporation, a private company founded by Behavior Analysts, has career opportunities for Behavior Analysts in the Memphis, Tennessee area. The Habilitation Corporation provides behavioral services to adults with a wide range of developmental disabilities who live in the community. These individuals display many challenging behaviors, such as physical aggression, property destruction, self-injurious behavior, and numerous psychiatric symptoms. Responsibilities include conducting a functional assessment of challenging behavior, developing behavioral intervention strategies, training support staff to carry out the interventions, monitoring the implementation of the interventions, coordinating with the psychiatrist and other professionals, and completing monthly progress reports. Candidates for the Behavior Analyst position must have a master’s or doctorate degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field, and qualify to sit for the BCBA examination. Experience in dual-diagnosis a plus. Preference will be given to those applicants with BCBA certification. Full-time, salaried position, $60,000-$70,000 with paid leave, and a comprehensive benefits package.
