The Continuing Education Committee shall be responsible for the organization and management of the Association’s Annual Convention.  It shall consist of the Director of Operations, and at least two members appointed to one-year-terms by the President with the advice and consent of the Executive Committee.  The Chairperson of the Continuing Education Committee shall recommend to the President appointment of members to such sub-committees as are deemed appropriate.  The President shall so appoint with the advice and consent of the Executive Committee.
